Brand Names are Overrated

When I was younger my mom would drag me through goodwill's and consignment stores.  I was embarrassed that she bought second hand clothes and I demanded to still wear brand names.

Simply put- I was really ungrateful.

  I don't remember when it hit me, but one day I walked into goodwill with an open mind.  "There is absolutely nothing wrong with these clothes",  I would tell myself.  Why in the world would I turn down a cute top just because it's not a brand name?  Oh and not to mention it's inexpensive!  Now I love, I adore, shopping at goodwill.  Gently worn clothes fill up a good chunk of my closet and I am proud of how much money I have saved!  You wear your clothes, they don't wear you.
