Simply put- I was really ungrateful.
I don't remember when it hit me, but one day I walked into goodwill with an open mind. "There is absolutely nothing wrong with these clothes", I would tell myself. Why in the world would I turn down a cute top just because it's not a brand name? Oh and not to mention it's inexpensive! Now I love, I adore, shopping at goodwill. Gently worn clothes fill up a good chunk of my closet and I am proud of how much money I have saved! You wear your clothes, they don't wear you. This blog is my little contribution to the world. With it, I hope to encourage young women to see the good in themselves, inside and out. I hope to inspire young ladies to resist holding judgments against one another and to stand together with a common purpose in mind, acceptance. My challenge for every girl is to accept themselves and to carry themselves with confidence. But most importantly, LOVE WHAT'S IN THE MIRROR.
